PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This program includes approximately $450 million in construction value spanning close to 20 projects that will upgrade and replace aging infrastructure at the Empire State Plaza over the next seven years.
Construction Manager for extensive infrastructure upgrades. Major projects included in the portfolio include:
Cultural Education Center, MER1 Upgrades Project
Reconstruction of Plaza Waterproofing Systems
Reconstruction of Eastern Approach to State Capital Project
Egg Theater Renovation Project
Replacement of JOB/LOB Building Fire Alarm System
Upgrades to Swan Street Fire Alarm System
Modernization of CEC Elevators and Escalators
Arterial Expansion Joint Replacement Project
Swan Street Reconstruction
Empire State Plaza Sprinkler Testing and Modifications
Our Construction Management team was also responsible for the development, negotiation and is signatory to a Project Labor Agreement with the Albany Building Trades for a number of projects within the portfolio.
