And in doing this we treat everyone with respect.

Since our founding in 1991, this approach has delivered results for our firm and our clients. Over the years, some of the world’s largest organizations have asked us to partner with them. We are experts in such uncompromising categories as airports, hospitals and laboratories. In all, we have completed more than 5,000 successful projects, thanks to a team of professionals (many with 35-40 years’ experience) who look forward to coming to work every day to serve our clients.

In 2025 our name changed to Grant & Vine, formerly Guth DeConzo. This name change reflects our continued growth and evolution, while maintaining the same commitment to excellence, innovation, and trusted service you've come to expect.
