PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Construction Manager for a fast track project which includes a splash park area with slide, wading pool, seven lane lap pool, and new bathhouse.

Construction involved daily, multi-shift operations to meet the aggressive timeline. The project also included extensive site stabilization and construction of a 500,000-gallon stormwater retention system. The original pool and bathhouse, both of which are listed on the New York State Registry and recently nominated for the National Registry, were constructed in 1930 and remained in operation until 2023.
